A joint venture was formed between the current property owner and two tenants to build a new office building on North Nevada in Spokane. The team brought together a new partnership with two dentists, an architect, contractor and investor to put together a new office development. The two tenants anchored the development in which they moved into new Class A space on the main floor, and took a ownership stake in the development as well. A win for both the Tenants and Property owner, as the deal was financed through the SBA & a Local Bank. Partnership came together through many efforts and in a timley manner.
