A unique project that was originally developed in 2006 by a former real estate developer, that had gone back to the lender after it had become 100% vacant. A partner at a competing brokerage firm contacted Hawkins Edwards, Inc. and we participated in the re-development of the building. Partnering with SPVV, a local Spokane landscape architect firm who took a majority stake in the building LLC. We purchased the property from the Lender, cleaned up the exterior and interior spaces, and achieved 100% occupancy within 2 months. Overall a great success in which the project had cash flow from day one. The Tenant is building equity and cleaning up what once was a vacant building and eye sore in a great northside Spokane neighborhood.
