Hawkins Edwards, Inc. & H&E Development selected BWA Architects with Garco Construction’s design-build team to establish this commercial retail center. A 12,600 SF CMU building is occupied by NAPA Auto Parts, with a 7,500 SF wood-framed retail center on the balance of the site.
H&E Development remodeled the 1902 historic building into mixed-use retail, office, and restaurant space. The 36,000 SF renovation included structural modifications, new finishes, exterior improvements, and new MP&E systems.
